Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the item is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule White-Glove Pickup

  For oversized furniture, we will coordinate a professional freight team to collect the item from your residence at a time that fits your schedule.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
